Who is responsible?

Whac-A-Wimp is developed and published by Anders Borlid. This policy covers the Android game and its informational pages at apps.borlid.net/whac-a-wimp/.

What the game stores

The game stores personal best scores for Classic and Chill, round and catch totals, and settings such as music and sound levels, haptics and reduced motion. These are saved locally on your device.

The game does not collect or share personal data off your device. It contains no advertising, analytics or third-party crash-reporting services, has no accounts or in-app purchases, and does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Gameplay and the bundled soundtrack work offline. The Android app does not request internet access.

Backups and deleting local data

Android app backup is disabled for this release. There is no developer-operated cloud save or score recovery service. To erase your scores and settings, open Android Settings, find Whac-A-Wimp under Apps, and choose Storage then Clear data or Clear storage. Menu names vary by device. This resets the game; it cannot be undone.

There is no account to delete and no gameplay data held on our servers.
