Privacy Policy for JustRoids

JustRoids (Android package com.ajomannen.justroids) is an offline arcade game developed and published by Anders Borlid. This policy describes the Android app, including version 2.1.0.

Information collection and sharing

JustRoids does not send personal information or gameplay data to the developer. The app does not use advertising services, analytics, user accounts, or third-party tracking technologies. The developer does not collect, sell, or share personal information through the game.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your level progress, unlocked upgrades, and music and sound-effect preferences in its private storage on your device. These files let you continue playing and keep your chosen settings between sessions. The artwork, music, and sound effects are included in the app and play locally.

The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or personal photos and files. It does not request Internet access.

Android backup and device transfer

JustRoids allows Android to back up and restore its local app data. Depending on your device and backup settings, Android or your device's backup provider may include saved progress and preferences in cloud backups or transfers to another device. These services are controlled by your device and account settings and the provider's privacy policy. The developer cannot access those backups.

Data retention and deletion

Saved progress and preferences remain on your device until the app's data is cleared or removed. You can delete the local data using Android's app storage settings or by uninstalling the app. This also removes your local progress and preferences. Backed-up data may be restored when you reinstall the app; manage or delete backups through your device or backup provider's settings.

The developer does not receive gameplay data or personal information from the app and therefore holds no such app-collected data to retain or delete.

Children's privacy

JustRoids does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to this policy

If JustRoids' data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed version of the app is released.
